Do we need renders?
No. You provide the architectural plans, unit data and prices. We create the images for every unit. Existing facade images can be included on the project site.
Do the images match the unit?
Every image starts from that unit's plan: layout, windows and doors follow that plan. It remains a sales visualisation. For exact measurements the construction plan stays the reference.
Can buyers place their own furniture?
Yes. Buyers upload photos of their own furniture or choose an interior style, and see the result in the room they are considering.
Is there a CRM?
Yes. Requests arrive in a ranked lead inbox, with a dossier per buyer. On larger projects we connect to your existing CRM.
Does this replace a render studio?
Not always. For one high-end facade image a render studio remains a strong choice. Buildshots shows every unit, lets buyers furnish it and gives your sales team the follow-up.
